Leslie Hunter is an experienced executive coach, consultant, and speaker dedicated to advancing equity in our world by supporting leaders in their journey to authentic and impactful leadership. With over 25 years of leadership, business development, and creative industry experience, Leslie specializes in working with female entrepreneurs and leaders who are committed to making a meaningful difference.
At Hunter Coaching and Consulting, the mission is to foster equitable leadership by empowering clients to find their voice, own their space, and lead with confidence and integrity. Combining evidence-based executive coaching, creative problem-solving, and somatic awareness, Leslie helps leaders break through barriers such as imposter syndrome and self-doubt. This holistic approach cultivates clarity, resilience, and strategic insight to amplify leadership effectiveness.
Leslie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Alberta and earned her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. As a member of the International Coaching Federation and an ongoing learner pursuing her MA in Executive and Organizational Coaching, Leslie integrates a deep understanding of leadership dynamics with mindfulness and body-centered coaching practices.
Her extensive and diverse career includes roles as a personal trainer, art consultant, and entrepreneur, all of which enrich her coaching practice with creativity and real-world savvy. Leslie’s coaching is rooted in the belief that equitable leadership nurtures inclusive cultures and drives sustainable impact.
